Community Transform uses volunteers from the community and from local churches to teach and mentor trainees/clients.

Tutor/Mentors guide and equip these young adults for employment by developing a wide range of professional and social skills. Mentors assist the trainees before, during and after training and, where possible, trainees will be placed with employers or advised on further training. 

Mentors guide and help trainees to make lifestyle choices that illustrate good citizenship; responsibility; being law-abiding; contributing to society and helping others.

One of the great strengths of Community Transform is that is is a local community project and therefore responsive to local needs.
