In a competitive and ever-changing landscape of public policy and the public service delivery marketplace, employers, partners and our clients requirements have grown increasingly diverse and complex. Community Transform will seek funding both in terms of grants and contracts to deliver on public service outcomes. We work towards clients becoming contributors rather than as consumers and a drain on their community and society as a whole. We are part of the solution.

What makes Community Transform different

Community from local churches to teach and mentor clients trade skills, employability skills and life skills.
Learners will also contribute practically through their learning, to the regeneration of communities and will help to create a fairer and a greener society. The mentoring environment aids clients in the transformation (change) process and assists them to increase their social capital and capacity. We work with partners to make a positive difference to people’s lives through developing social capital, contributions to community wellbeing and employment. People and relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We have a commitment to take action within our programmes to consider sustainability, address climate change and reduce our carbon footprint.
